by shawn of chevron, it shows a man being led away in handcuffs. this was thursday night. it appeared at a council members candidate meeting on the 1100 block of richmond. moore was taken into custody for misdemeanor assault, cited and released. moore who this e-mail in his defense. things got heated and i got in his face and said some pretty mean things, including calling him a bully and a coward. at that point corky punched me in the face and i tried to hit him back. an off-duty police officer saw moore punch the council member, not the other way around. and richmond police are also investigating what they called improper touching of a female by buze which they say is also a misdemeanor assault. he denies doing anything of the sort. >> because there's no charges pressed against me. there was conversation, but no charges. >> buze said he feels thursday seas violence is the sign ever things to come. the naacp and others will be at the council member to support him. >>> gov. jerry brown has band agency to cut off velez phone service without a court order. that's what bart did
